These terms cover using PrintNook to generate and download printable paper, planners, and puzzle sheets. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What you can do with your printables

Everything you generate and download is yours to use, for personal, classroom, or professional work, at no cost. You do not need permission or a license to print, copy, or share the PDFs you create.

Stated as plainly as possible, because this is the question people actually ask: the PDFs you generate here are free for personal and commercial use, with no attribution required and no watermark. Sell work made on them, hand them out to a class, include them in a paid product, print ten thousand of them. There is no non-commercial clause and no credit requirement.

Two things that are not covered by that. The site itself, meaning the code, the copy and the design, is not yours to republish as your own tool. And the paper size data behind the paper sizes guide and the JSON API is published separately under CC BY 4.0, which does ask for a credit.

Acceptable use

Please do not use the site to break the law, to attempt to disrupt or overload it, or to scrape and republish the tools themselves as your own product. Reasonable personal automation, such as generating a handful of PDFs with a script, is fine.

No warranty

PrintNook is provided as is, without a guarantee that it will be error free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. Page sizes, ruling widths, and other measurements follow standard conventions, but you should confirm anything print critical before relying on it.

Availability and changes

The site, its tools, and these terms may change over time or be discontinued. We aim to keep the free printables working, but we cannot promise the service will always be available.
