Fill three lines, not thirty
The sheet gives you more than twenty rows, and a list that uses all of them is a list you will not finish. Write the two or three things that would make the day count at the top, draw a line under them, and use the rest for whatever turns up. That way the sheet still shows at five o'clock whether the day went where you meant it to, which a flat list of twenty items never does. The date field at the top is worth using even if you throw the sheet away: a stack of dated sheets is the cheapest record there is of where a week actually went.
