Privacy policy
PrintNook is built to need as little of your data as possible. This page explains, in plain language, what happens when you use the site.
What happens in your browser
Every generator (paper, planners, sudoku, handwriting sheets) runs entirely in your browser. The PDFs you download are built on your own device with client side code. They are never uploaded, never stored on a server, and we cannot see them.
There is no account system and no newsletter.
The contact form
If you use the form on our contact page, we receive the name, email address, and message you type in, so we can reply. That information is only used to answer you, is never sold, and is not published anywhere.
Cookies and advertising
PrintNook is free to use, and showing ads is one of the ways a free site like this can stay funded. The site may show ads from third-party advertising networks (for example Google AdSense or Ezoic). When ads are active, those networks and any analytics tools we use can set cookies on your device to serve relevant ads and measure how the site is used. If you are visiting from the EEA or UK, you will see a consent prompt asking you to accept or decline these cookies before any personalized ad is shown.
Hosting
The site is served by Vercel, our hosting provider. Like any web host, Vercel may keep short lived technical logs (such as IP addresses and requested URLs) to run and secure the service. We do not use these logs to identify visitors. You can read more in the Vercel privacy policy on their website.
Fonts and libraries
The Work Sans font and the PDF library are bundled with the site and served from the same host, so using them does not send requests to third parties.
Changes
If the way the site works changes (for example, when advertising or analytics is switched on), this page will be updated to say exactly what is active.
