Planner & Calendar Maker

Build a clean weekly planner or a dated monthly calendar, choose how your week starts, and download a print-ready PDF. The weekly layout is undated by design, so you can reprint a fresh sheet whenever you need one.

Two views of your time

A weekly planner keeps the whole week in front of you, which is ideal for time blocking, meal planning, and study schedules. A monthly calendar zooms out so you can see deadlines, birthdays, and events across the weeks. Switch between the two with a single toggle.

How to use it

  1. Choose weekly or monthly. Weekly gives a seven day layout with a tasks column. Monthly gives a dated grid for the month you pick.
  2. Pick the month and year. For the monthly view, choose the month and year and the correct grid is generated automatically.
  3. Set the start day and page size. Decide whether your week starts on Monday or Sunday, then pick A4 or Letter and portrait or landscape.
  4. Download and print at 100 percent. Press Download PDF, then print at 100 percent scale with Fit to page turned off.

Landscape gives roomier boxes. For a monthly calendar with space to write, print in landscape. For a binder, portrait fits more neatly. Either way print at 100 percent, so the grid keeps the size it was drawn at. See how we measure.

Frequently asked questions

Can I pick any month and year?

Yes. The monthly view builds the correct grid for any month between 1900 and 2100, with the right number of days and the right starting weekday. It opens on the current month.

Does the week start on Monday or Sunday?

Whichever you choose. The Week starts on toggle reorders both the weekly planner columns and the monthly calendar header before you download.

Is the weekly planner dated?

No. The weekly layout is deliberately undated, so one download can be reprinted every week of the year. The monthly calendar is the dated one.

A4 or Letter, portrait or landscape?

All four combinations. Landscape gives each day a wider box for notes, portrait fits more neatly in a binder. The grid is redrawn for the sheet you pick rather than scaled to fit it.

Can I print a whole year at once?

Not as a single download. Change the month, download, and repeat: each PDF is generated instantly in your browser, so twelve months takes about a minute.

May I hand these out at work or school?

Yes. The PDFs are free for personal, classroom and commercial use, with no attribution required and no watermark.
